  • yoghurt: most in US, use gelatin as thickener
  • cream cheese, margarine: use gelatin as stabilizer, thickener, or texturizer
  • juice: Gelatin is used for the clarification of juices
  • honey: some vegetarian avoid it, since the production cause most bees to die
